Regarding download errors, please make sure that your computer has a sufficient amount of space to download the videos. Please make sure to save your downloads to a computer FIRST before sharing it across devices. It will only stream if you try to download it to a mobile or tablet device, and will not save. We recommend saving the files on your computer into iTunes or other file-sharing media applications (such as Windows media) that will save your videos and allow you to sync them to your portable device.
